Email us at hollowgoods.studio@gmail.com so we can get something pre-ordered.

A new collection drops twice a year, it's just me and my tiny kiln.
The ceramic process is a long and time-intensive sport. But don't get me wrong, I enjoy every step of when my hands touch clay.
-
When the gift-giving season is at its peak, typically from early November to mid-December, I will hold a sale where you can purchase discounted items for yourself or a friend.
-
I am currently not at the scale to accept wholesale orders. Everything included in my release is available to everyone on a first-come, first-served basis.
For commission work, don't hesitate to contact me directly, and we can discuss it further.
pricing
-
The main drivers of product cost are materials, labor time, shop fees, and packaging. I run this business independently, from creating digital content to designing functional wear.
shipping
-
I charge based on the size and weight of the items being shipped:
Items under 1lb, shipped in a small 7x7x6 box, cost $6.99.
Items under 2lb, shipped in a large 12x12x8 box, cost $9.99.
Items over 2lb cost $14.99.
Please note that the actual shipping cost may be more or less than the amount I charge, depending on the package size. If the price is higher, I will cover the difference myself.
-
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority, which takes 1-3 business days to be delivered domestically. I pack and ship out orders that are ready within 1-3 business days.
-
We are currently not offering international shipping. Shipping ceramics overseas is expensive and risky, which makes it more costly for our customers. However, if you are willing to pay the extra cost, we would be more than happy to provide international shipping. Please reach out to us if you are interested.
As a small business owner, it's just not worth the risk of damage and additional expenses associated with international shipping.
returns
-
All orders are final sales. Please read the description and look through all the photos available. I put measurements and essential details on each page. Colors vary across devices, so your piece may look slightly different when you receive it.
Due to the nature of pieces made by human hands and one-of-a-kind, there may be minor imperfections. I will always disclose and show pictures of any defects significant enough to affect the aesthetic.
-
I pack each order with a lot of cushion, and if your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with me with photo evidence of the damage. I will then refund you. If the damaged order can be reproduced, I can replace it.
care
-
Please handle these functional pieces with care, as they are crafted by hand and built to last a lifetime. Although they are dishwasher safe, I recommend hand washing them immediately after use.
If unglazed surfaces become dirty or stained, you can clean them with a scrub brush and a small amount of baking soda. For stubborn stains, gently sand the surface in a circular motion with a fine-grit sandpaper. Metal marks from silverware, caused by the ceramic being more complex than the metal, can be easily removed with Bar Keeper's Friend.
Do not expose these wares to sudden, dramatic temperature changes, such as placing them in a hot oven from the freezer or over an open flame.
